Kitchen Witch Gold aka Plantain

I love me some Plantain. This stuff grows nearly everywhere and can be harvested all

growing season long! Seriously, I dug some up from my front yard and put it in a pot and have been cutting leaves from it for about a year now. It grows back extremely vigorously.

Narrow leaf Plantain can be used magically and medicinally as well as externally and internally, however, make sure to read up on it to be positive that it is safe for you to use.

This little plant is considered a weed by so many so no one will probably complain if they see you digging some up.

Plantain is sometimes referred to as white mans footprint by the indigenous people of the Americas because anywhere white colonizers stayed this plant was left behind. I gotta say I wish that was all they left behind but we all know how that went... Anyway I recommend looking into this prolific plant for your practice, you wont be disappointed. As usual the PDF downloadable version is at the bottom of this post.

Happy Witching!
